You will feel gentle stimulation of energetic points on the body to promote treatment of a variety of conditions. Acupuncture is practiced throughout the world and has a history of over 2000 years of development. These points on the body’s surface correspond with organ function and when stimulated activate the body’s inherent wisdom to bring successful treatment. Western scientific studies have proven the effectiveness of acupuncture for a wide variety of medical conditions. Most insurance is accepted.

Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture

Mei Zen means beautiful person. Cosmetic acupuncture is a great alternative to Botox or fillers to help reduce or eliminate the appearance of sags, bags, and fine lines and wrinkles. Specific points are used to increase blood circulation and collagen production. The special technique creates a microtrauma in the dermis which stimulates the skin's fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin to repair, heal, and rebuild the area. The results are the reduction of fine lines and softening of deep wrinkles. Cosmetic acupuncture addresses the internal and external causes of aging.

A single treatment "acupuncture facial" will brighten skin tone giving you a refreshed vibrant look that may last a few days to a week or so. For longer lasting results, the 10-treatment series is encouraged. View photos and discover more about cosmetic acupuncture here.

Glass cups are placed on the back to alleviate stress and tension.  Cupping invigorates blood flow and melts away tight muscles, release toxins and stagnation. Cupping marks usually disappear in 4-7 days.

Gua sha

Gua sha is a traditional Chinese medical treatment where the skin is scraped to stimulate the release of toxins.  Gua sha helps stimulate the blood flow and the healing process. Gua sha feels similar to deep tissue massage and invigorates the blood flow and melts away tight muscles.
